About Me

A former corporate M&A lawyer, I worked in law firms in Sydney, Beijing and Hong Kong, before moving in-house to become the Head of Legal for Australia’s largest retail bank in Hong Kong. 

After working in corporate for 15+ years, including as a senior executive, leadership team member and Department Head, I transitioned to executive coaching in 2021. 

I understand what it’s like:

  • to invest your life in a profession and then wonder if this is as good as your career gets

  • to have an all consuming corporate career and to identify with your job title
